Ms.Chiranuch Premchaiporn, an editor of the independent website Prachatai in Thailand. While the website has been blocked by the authority, she was arrested at the airport on arrival from “Internet Liberty 2010″ conference in Hungary under the Computer-related Crimes Act and Lese Majest law. Amnesty International, which deems to be reluctant to criticize the country's severe lese majeste law, has termed Chiranuch Premchaiporn as a prisoner of conscience while she was detained before being released on bail.
