A Tamil woman nurses her one year old baby, who was borned in IDPs camp in Batticaloa, where a few more IDPs camp was running as of visiting time in the mid of 2009. Hundreds of IDPs in this camp were from upper part of Eastern province, where the Sri Lankan army had retaken the territory from Tamil Tigers, the rebel group in 2007. However, IDPs were not alllow to return their home for years. The earlier "liberated" east has remained then abductions rampaged and violence committed by paramilitary forces and the armed forces.
